How to join
If you would like to become a member of the Johnsonville Club, click here to download our simple membership application form or pop into the Bar and pick up a form.

The form requires two people to nominate you for membership. The majority of our friendly staff are members, so just have a chat with them as they will be happy to nominate you. The office management team can also do this for you.

Once you have filled in the form, take it to the Club to pay or pay online and email the form to manager@jclub.co.nz. Once paid, you will be a temporary member until your membership card comes through.

We will advise you on Monday or Tuesday the following week that your membership has been approved, and we will likely also have your membership card available for you to pick up.

HONOURS BOARD
Draft of Club Constitution
The Board is now inviting members to review and make submissions on the proposed draft constitution, which is required as part of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. This draft is available (to the left) alongside the existing set of rules for comparison. Amended or new clauses are noted in purple text. Those members who have registered to receive a copy by email will receive both versions this week.

The deadline for submissions is 5pm 31 January 2025 and these can be emailed to manager@jclub.co.nz or hand delivered across the bar, marked for the attention of The Manager. From there, the board will review the submissions and make any necessary adjustments to the final document which will be presented to a Special General Meeting for adoption sometime around May\June 2025.
